Catholic Professionals of Seattle

Come join us in our monthly meetings

Welcome to Catholic Professionals of Seattle

Catholic Professionals of Seattle meets the needs of Catholics in the Seattle area who want to grow in the knowledge of and commitment to their faith. We meet 9 times per year, usually on the first Friday of the month, at the Newman Center in the University District. There are three components to our meetings:

  • The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass;
  • Breakfast and socializing;
  • A talk by a well-known national or local speaker to aid and inspire us to live out our Catholic faith in the world.

Catholic Professionals of Seattle is a membership organization open to men and women professionals and business people of the Catholic faith. We provide a forum for Catholics of the greater Seattle area to meet one another and to collaborate in our professional, social, and apostolic activities. All members are listed in our membership directory of Catholic businesses and individuals.

Please join us as we bring the light of Christ to Seattle through our Catholic faith!

God Bless!

Not Without My Son

Erzsi Dornay's nightmare began December 26 of 2010 when she and her then husband, Mouad Elbou, planned to visit Casablanca with their 3 yr. old son. Unbeknownst to Dornay, Mouad, a fervent Muslim, had made elaborate plans to use Moroccan laws and his family connections to aid him in abducting his son. Although both are American citizens, the mother and child were detained in Morocco for twelve months when a two week Christmas vacation turned into a year-long nightmare.

Hear her harrowing tale of faith and perseverance as she spent one year fighting to get her son back.
